Third-party booking partner

Bookings are processed by our partner Whitsunday Vacations. When you click "Book Now" you are redirected to their site, where their own privacy policy applies. We receive booking confirmations from them so we can prepare for your stay.

• Contact-form enquiries: up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted.
• Booking and guest records: as required by Australian taxation and accommodation record-keeping law (typically 5–7 years).
• Analytics & advertising data: per Google's retention defaults (typically 14 months for GA4 events; configurable).
